Hello from Washington! It's been a busy summer and the rains have not yet begun, so I haven't been sewing much.
However, granddaughter Rosie's 2nd birthday is coming up and her mom requested that I complete a small wall quilt for the space over her bed. Rosie loves photos, so I thought she would like these "posies." I made a pillow case to match, and together they should put a little bit of femininity into the room she shares with her brothers. You'll notice that one of the posies is missing its center photo. That one is reserved for the brother or sister who will be joining the family in a few weeks.
I miss you guys, but am thankful for the motivation you provide through the blog.
Is there any talk of another challenge?

I love your photo quilt with the grandkids and all of you guys! Wonderful. This is a treasure and will be adored for years to come!
We're just jell-ing with the new group. I'll propose something and we'll let you know. I'm ready for a new one too.
